No again. First, I don't believe that he was involved in 911 in any criminal way. Their trying to make the case that if he knew about the crime that was about to be committed he had some sort of duty to report it. No civilian has a duty to report any crime. Period. It would be nice if they did, but it is not criminal not to report.

Hell No. I don't believe anything about 911 other than some planes crashed into the world trades. Who was behind it remains to be seen.
