Recently I just watched all 12 chapters of trapped in the closet. R. Kelly is crazy. He's a genius, funny, but crazy. I also have been listening to anything that actually has meaning in it. My cousin just died and I try to just let it go and listen to music instead of other negative routes. One of my favorite songs right now is Footprints by TOK.

Did I ever tell you my favorite singer of all time is Billie Holiday, with Nancy Wilson as a close second?

No you haven't... but I noticed your new avatar... I love Nancy Wilson too... What do you think of Sarah Vaughan? Or Dinah Washington? Sarah is probably my favorite singer of ALL time...

Love them... I just bought a combination CD with Sarah and Dinah on there with Ella Fitzgerald, Lena Horne, carmen McCrae, Della Reese, Eartha Kitt and a lot of other great jazz divas.

music right now it just switched over to Life Made Me Beautiful at 40: Eartha Kitt

How's the album, D?

I love it! I picked it up for 8 bucks at Target. It's right up there with Ironman - I'm actually debating whether I like it more! Starks is the only reason Wu-Tang is still relevant IMO...

"I be on dat Kryptonite....

straight up on dat Kryptonite....

I be on dat....

straight up on dat...

I be on dat Kryptoniiiiiiite..."

Okay....

I'm a jazz fanatic.... especially contemporary jazz.... and a few blues selections....

but....

for some reason today.... I just needed some really fast.... really shallow.... really bass thumping music......

so I turned to the regular stations and I'm hooked now on that "Kryptonite" song

sigh.... Roll Eyes

and right now I cannot stop singing this

Sean Paul(?) song ..."Temperature"...

"When the weather turns cold... I'm gonna be keeping you warm....

I've got the right temperature to shelter you from the storm..."

and so forth.....

Roll Eyes

It's a really good song if you haven't heard it at all or in a while then you should really get it and listen to it. music

I love Natalie Cole's version of it. I always put on that disk when I'm taking a long bath.

V, have no shame. I spent a week bopping around to Beyawnce's "Check Up On It." You're on the right track though with Sean Paul AKA The Sexiest Man Alive!!! appl

I'm listening to:
Whitney Houston - Guide Me O Jehovah (Live on Arsenio)
I don't know who sings this....

but the song goes....

"What you won't do....

do for love....

you've tried everything....

but you don't give up.....

in my world....

only you....

make me do for love....

what I would not do...."

I know I know the artist.....

but can't remember the name for the life of me right now....

but I love the song.... I could hear it over and over again....

Peace,
Virtue
