That’s funny and real enough but let me waste no time and digress. Judge not lest ye be judged carries some weight (IMHO, of course). During the Movement, civil rights, of course, Gospel was considered a Force. Black folks could and would easily be singing Gospel without Christianity. It’s not like Africans were without God until they met evil-doer missionaries who served terrorists, not God. Putting aside the demonic nature of organized religion, Gospel is appreciated ‘round the world including rock’n’roll and soul. That spiritual Force to shape things is still untapped. When you consider how much white folks and others copy and shape themselves around black concepts, we could be having a greater cultural and spiritual influence if we could get our leadership act together. We could do a lot more with it. And there it is . . . But! . . . we have to get in shape.
