It's not about how Sharpton himself can negatively effect the media, but whose agenda that particular media outlet happens to be trying to promote. If the agenda is in contrast to the message and objectives that Shaprton is promoting, then that outlet is not going to give the same airtime or the fair commentary and coverage of that candidate. It really isn't that hard to understand.

OK, I'm really confused now. Sarcasm? The topic of the thread is: "Signs White Media Scared of Sharpton". I've not presumed sarcasm on anyone else's part, nor used it myself. I have been commenting on the literal topic of the thread. Period.

I very clearly understand the point that you made about the media pushing people and stories that support their agenda. As I said, I agree with you. My only point was that I see that as a separate concept from the "Signs White Media Scared of Sharpton" topic.
