Radiated Milk Sold In Black Neighborhoods : The Art of Slow Genocide

in today’s “social commentary”…

inkIt is not often that this MadMan is taken aback .. especially by something I already suspected/knew…  but sometimes seeing the proof or having it validated can still render shock, disgust and in this case grief.

I always wondered about the high rates of cancer and diabetes in my neighborhood, and in other Black neighborhoods.  These diseases are not inherent in people of African descent.

What makes it worse is that every elder in my family has died at the mercy of one of these diseases.  My mother passed from cancer at the young age of 59… as did every other elder on my floor in the co-op building we owned in Harlem.  I long believed environmental factors played a huge part in the mortality rate of my beloved Harlem residents… so to come across this  … as you can imagine, floored me and left me speechless.

There is a part of me that says “this can’t be true”, but the larger part of me, having grown up in the area, having seen the bad food sold to us ..(even the more affluent of us in Harlem) .. I have no choice but to acknowledge what I have known for years has been validated.

and no one cares…

The only thing I can do as an individual is share the knowledge and information.  If we get MAD enough collectively, raise our voices.. eventually we will be heard.  I hope.

AFRICAN AMERICA IS AT WAR

THERE IS A RACE WAR ON AFRICAN AMERICA

THERE IS A RACE WAR ON AFRICAN AMERICANS

THERE IS A RACE WAR ON BLACK PEOPLE IN AMERICA

AMERICA'S RACISTS HAVE INFILTRATED AMERICAN POLICE FORCES TO WAGE A RACE WAR AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE IN AMERICA

THE BLACK RACE IS AT WAR

FIRST WORLD WAR:  THE APPROXIMATELY 6,000 YEAR WORLD WAR ON AFRICA AND THE BLACK RACE

Original Post

This is one of the reasons why I don't drink milk.  I used to back in the day when it was some what "pure."  But diary products are not good for blacks.  It is my belief that diary and meat contributes to cancer in black people cuz we don't usually eat meat or drink milk in Africa.  Welllll prior to massa contact we didn't.  Now since many Africans are starving today ...they tend to eat whatever available.  Massa on the other hand eat whatever he .    hunts good or bad.  As why he doesn't live long.  But!

When the  S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) was introduced in Samoa and Mexico,  Diabetes went up 800%   Sugar, no fooling, is a drug! Now, when folks went from eating rice and beans to genocidal fast food, cancer rates went up among African-Americans.  Genocidal fast food is highly addictive. Even the POTUS sometimes eats it. How hard it to only eat what is is good for your body? Very!!!  But worth it - to whatever degree any person can do it!

You are soooooooo right my brotha!  During slavery, the plantation that processed canes was called the Queen's sugar because of the addiction the British had.  The discovery of the sugar cane sprung plantations up all over the Caribbeans mainly because of European's sweet tooth and the need for it in their "tea."  It is their diet actually that is killing us.  And I am not surprised to hear how developing countries that followed the standard of America are now suffering.

I remember back in the day, I never once saw a fat Asian.  Today?  Not so much.  Plus the eating of rice has caused many Asians to be afflicted with diabetes.  Something they don't talk about but is affecting their culture big time.  Too me?  All these diet diseases are testimony that we were doing A ok until the contact of the European.  Our life expectancy has plunged compared to back in the day.  And if that's not incentive enough to change the way we eat?  I don't KNOW what is.  But!

Sunnubian, you’re from Harlem?  I grew up in Flushing Queens (the IRT number 7 train to main street Flushing).   I grew up in Bland Projects which was the ghetto then now it’s the straight up HOOD which of course means murder is how its done today!  Neither of my parents saw 60 years of age, both died in the projects along with a host of others I grew up with.  It seems like those who remained in the projects died young, those who escaped to the Southern States or West coast survived!!

I'm not from anywhere near Harlem, but from probably the opposite of Harlem.  I was born and raised in 'Ole Dirty, the Dirty, Dirty South.

I posted that article because I believe it is something that Black people should know about or contemplate, and ponder the possibility of it or similar targeting, happening to Black people anywhere in America.

I believe that what negatively impacts Black people in any part of America should be a concern for all African Americans no matter where we live .

More than any other group in America, African Americans should be utilizing the virtually free medium of the internet and social media to communicate issues and politics and deliberate racist acts affecting African Americans.

So, I try to post and disseminate as much relevant information as possible, such as the above article, and try to pass on such information to as many mediums of African American communication as possible.

As many African Americans as possible should be taking advantage of this small window of time where the internet and social media has been allowed to be virtually free and uncontrolled to disseminate information that is or should be relevant to African America.  We need to seize this opportunity to bypass America's "mainstream media" that deliberately refuses print such information or go as far as to deliberately create "blackout" around issues, politics and racist acts against Black people in America.
