Well, I don't believe in demonic possession. Although I do believe that there are evil influences, I don't believe that demons actually take possession of people.
But this guy has only lived here for a month. If this becomes a habit, watch me go down there and bust it up, if I don't just call the cops and report it as a disturbance. One way or another, this is too ridiculous to have to deal with. Some people get to hear their neighbors having sex. But no, not Vox.

Damn! I'm more likely to witness neighbors expelling demons from souls that to hear neighbors getting their freak on! Why do I go on living?!?
And this was Christmas. What does he do on Halloween???

And
MsPrettygirl, yes, I saw Constantine. That was based on a comic book I used to get into. I think they should have given that role to Colin Farrell instead of Keanu Reaves, but that's probably because of my familiarity with the comic book character. But the movie was pretty good. Not brilliant or mindblowing, but well worth the video-rental thing.
Also, I never thought about it before u said it about Latinos. But I wonder if it has to do with the fact that they're still not so far removed from more superstitious ancestors. They're unique in that they're Christian, but unlike African-Americans (as
Fine alluded to), they also have extremely strong ties to their pre-Christian native ancestry. The native Americans/Tainos/Arawaks/etc. were particularly superstitious, and when you combine that with Catholicism's strong imagery of the dichotomy between God and the Devil, I wonder if maybe that leads them to be more prone to belief in this kind of thing. If Kresge reads this thread, maybe he can shed some light...
And
AudioGuy ... I've got "Spiritual War" playing right now!!
