Nigeria: A Nation of Pedophiles

Nigerian Senator Sani Yerima has long been an advocate of Islam’s barbaric pedophile practices

AFRICANGLOBE – Senator and former Governor Ahmed Sani, the Yerima Bakura, has finally had his way. The Nigerian Senate has bowed to his will and agreed to be silent about the age that young girls can get married in Nigeria.

What this means once it is followed through and enshrined in our laws and Constitution is that girls that are as young as nine years old, provided they are deemed as having been “physically developed enough” by their suitors, could be lawfully bedded and married in our country.

That is the sordid level that we have now, as a people and as a nation, degenerated to. I weep for Nigeria and, perhaps more appropiately, I weep for the Nigerian girl-child. Yet we have no choice but to live with this new reality and to accept it as it is. After all, our representatives in the sacred halls of the Senate were not sensitive enough or “man enough” to shoot down the whole thing, to stand firmly against the unholy agenda and to say boldly and firmly that, “come what may”, our children must be protected from sexual deviants and reprobates.

And since the Senate, in its infinite wisdom, has now endorsed the “Paedophile Charter”, which essentially seeks to make it lawful and constitutional for very young girls to get married and to have sex, it is my view that we have now become a nation of perverts and paedophiles.

Every Nigerian should bow his or her head in shame because what the Senate did and seeks to do in the future, by beginning the process to amend our Constitution in order for it to cater for the filthy appetite and godless fantasies of child molestors and sexual predators is sordid, ungodly and unforgiveable.

Surely, we ought to be seeking to protect our children and not seeking to bed them. Yet it appears that not everyone shares our outrage and collective sense of shame. One Uche Ezechukwu made the following contribution which went viral on the social media networks and which I think speaks volume.

According to him, whatever was done in the time of old can as well be done in modern times – no matter how crude.

I am appalled by these words. The truth is that I have never heard such a self-serving and specious argument in defence of the philosophies and beliefs of Senator Ahmed Sani, who married a 12-year- old Egyptian girl, as this one.

Ahmed Sani himself could not have argued it better. Yet I think that it is an utter shame. And this is more so because the individual that is putting the argument is supposedly a Christian. The Old Testament of the Holy Bible prescribes “stoning” for adultery but that does not mean that Christian countries, or indeed secular states like Nigeria, should stone adulterers.

Neither does it mean that we should preserve the institution of slavery or crucify petty thieves simply because the Holy Bible endorsed both practices in the Old Testament. We must accept the fact that the interpretation of biblical and koranic provisions are evolutionary and are ever changing.

Jesus Himself said “laws are made for man and not man for laws”. The suggestion that paedophilia has any place in any modern and decent society simply because it was once practised in the distant past is not only a despicable argument but it also does not make any sense.

After all, cannibalism and child and human sacrifices were once widely practised and were held as being perfectly acceptable throughout the world as well but that does not mean that we should practice any of those terrible vices today.

The young man, Uche Ezechukwu, who appears to be defending child rape in the name of Islam, should either let someone lay with and “marry” his own six or seven-year-old daughter or he should seal his lips forever and stop trying to defend the indefensible.

His assertions, and I daresay those of Senator Sani Yarima and anyone that shares their primitive barbaric views, are not only utterly immoral and reprehensible but they are also intellectually dishonest. I say this because the truth is that there is NO Muslim country in the world that has adopted the “paedophile charter” where six or seven year olds can marry and be bedded except for possibly Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Every other Muslim country in the world, including Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Egypt, Jordan, Senegal, the Sudan, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Palestine, United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh, Qatar, Bahrain, Dagestan, Albania, Bosnia, Somalia, Algeria, Libya, Mali, Azerbijhan and Syria, have, specifically, banned child marriage, paedophilia and child rape in their various constitutions and laws and some have declared it “repugnant”, “unacceptable” and “unislamic”. Are these people not Muslims too?

Like Christianity and Judaism, Islam is a noble, pure, honourable and ancient faith that seeks to protect the weakest and most vulnerable in society, including children. No one should use the misinterpretation of its provisions to try to justify or rationalise what is essentially depraved, shameful, disgusting and barbaric behaviour and the most sordid and filthy expression of sexual deviance and perversion. Even animals do not marry or bed their own infants. The bitter truth is that paedophiles have no place in any civilised society.

I am constrained to say that in the light of their “yes” vote to child marriage and their green light to paedophilia, every single member of the Nigerian Senate should bow his or her head in utter shame and should be compelled to offer their own infant and under age daughters for marriage. I repeat, they have turned us into a nation of perverts and paedophiles.

Uh...he forgot to  include that these practices are nothing more than slave tactics to continue raping women and children and to enslaved them with their sick primitive interpretation of what  constitutes  the "right" way in their so-called religion.   Muslims were/are slavers.  They haven't NOT cease this behavior...evidence is how they treat women and children and how they continue to encroached, invade and murder innocent people of dark color.  Nigeria is predominately muslim.....and so what should ANYONE expect?  I am NOT shocked.  I've been screaming about this very things for YEARS....to deaf ears mind you cuz if folks are NOT directly affected...why should they care?  We are the ones in the bubble...folks!  Surrounded by all this evil and negativity...and it's penetrating and seeping into the conscious of what call freedom in this country.  No?

I am guess in a way I am lucky cuz I came from a family that worshiped  both NOI and Christianity....but!  The difference is my father?  LOVED me and didn't or refuse to see me as someone's sexual SERVANT.  He saw me as a HUMAN BEING with the RIGHTS to my OWN life and destiny-despite the fact that he was a bonafide muslim.  Plus there was something specially unique about my daddy and what he saw in me as a child.   He was clearly ahead of his time and his thinking.   And wouldn't allow anyone including my mom[with her traditional christian angsts] to  smear her faith onto me against my will[ooooh I had to go to church and all and also had religious relief shoved down my throat during the summer but it didn't affect me like she wanted..and I also kept my pennies during church sessions and bought candy afterwards..cuz I truly didn't feel what they were trying to put down].  Probably why I am soooooooo non religious in terms of attaching myself to the three main "slave" religions today and don't have the typical daddy issues many women have in this country.  Me thinks it started RIGHT THERE.  A daughter given her RIGHT to life HER life and allowed to have an opinion early.  And although most countries may have removed child-brides from their cultural agenda...there is STILL sexism and genderism ingrained in how women are treated worldwide.  Places like Afganstain still sell their daughters  to men as young as six years old and Indonesia continues to have child marriages in the primitive idea that it will protect them from AIDS/HIV.  Just as some areas in Africa there are men who still believe that having sex with infant babies will cure AIDS.  So the beats goes on in this social sickness.

However the writer is correct in the fact that these folks are ancient perverts who REFUSE to see that having SEX with a CHILD is WRONG and twisted and psychopathic.  They hold on to these so-called traditions cuz that is ALL they have left to define themselves as "men in power and control."  Which what it really means....is that men have no power unless they are raping or selling something "human"  be it a child, a woman....or themselves.  SICK!!! Which dispels the saying that an educated person is a more informed person....Not!  Cuz  these folks have accessibility to information that not only says but MODELS that EVERY human being has a RIGHT to their life/ body/destiny-and cuz they know this?  They CHOSE to look the other way and keep their pathetic interpretation of what they DEEM is suited for their culture.  Sooooo when one looks at it that way....these men are NOTHING more than MONSTER animals clothed in human attire pretending to be civilized.  But!

This is what happens when men, mere mortals try to interject themselves in the place of God, that's all it is, men trying to force people to worship them like they are Gods.  They want to be God over other people, and since they are NOT God, but are only mere mortals just like everyone else on the planet, they prey on people that weaker than themselves, women and children.  Men who think and live like that are nothing but the ugly hyenas of the world, where just like hyenas they run in packs and prey on the smallest, the weakest and the one that is alone.

Nigerian  legal practitioner, Boye Lemiyu, has said that persons from the age of 18 and below are too young to marry or vote as that is the age of 'experimentation'.

Wow!  How long did it take for him to come up with that?  500 years?  I mean come on it doesn't take a genius to determine that child marriages are slavery against children and if a soldier can die at the age of 18 fighting for his country....he should at least be able to vote in that country.  Geez.  I mean that's what the voting rights were about in America-but okay...I forgot we're not talking about the United States.  But nevertheless the concept of allowing 18 years to vote is based on what I just said and it has NEVER been a secret.  So for this attorney practitioner to say what he is saying makes me feel like Nigeria is still in 1940s and behind the Berlin wall.   Nigeria really needs to catch up.  But!

Exactly!!!!!!!  And I have NEVER seen them bring back the dead-not even Jesus.  As why I don't listen to a WORD they say...not one.  But!

Did you really watch the video?, or you just replied like that?. He is talking for Nigerians who do not know the laws and not for Nigerians who know the laws.  This was the purpose of the interview because many Nigerians do not have knowledge of all laws.

No.  I didn't WATCH the video.  I responded to this statement:

A Nigerian  legal practitioner, Boye Lemiyu, has said that persons from the age of 18 and below are too young to marry or vote as that is the age of 'experimentation'.

Had I watched the video, I would have included it in my commentary.    But!

Well, nothing new here. I have been reading about this barbaric sexual predatory cultural behavior for years. This type of sickening pathetic practice of rape and pedophilia is pandemic throughout black Africa. Sad as it is, there are some Negroes willing to give them a free pass and look the other way. You don’t wanna look bad in front of the white man (as if they don’t already know)……!

This mean that you have insuficient informations yet you seem to know everything about this Nigerian  legal practitioner and Nigerian laws. So dont be too harsh with him, he is just replying to the questions of the journalists.

I'm NOT trying to impress  anyone with the KNOWLEDGE I have....  As I stated to you CLEARLY I responded to the statement written....no I didn't view the video.  However, had I [once again].... I would have included my finding in my commentary.  I am not being harsh as I am being HONEST.  So whatcha want from me?  Cuz I NEVER said a thing about laws or Nigerians not knowing the law-you said that.  If you want me to look at the video before commenting on the thread....then just say it!  But!

Yes you said  thing about laws in the following subjects: child marriages, voting rights, slavery against children  .  So dont say that you NEVER said a thing about laws when your post show us evidences of the contrary.

And why are you implying  that it take for him (the legal practitioner) 500 years to come up with that?.  I think you just want to find flaws where there is no flaws at all. Give us a proof that there is a lie or a flaw in his statement

Okay.  You just wanna ARGUE for argue sake.  WHERE did I SAY law?  Or laws?  Thought so.    I was talking about RIGHTS!  As a matter of fact, I SAID voting "RIGHTS" not laws.  And in terms of child marriages being slavery against children...I NEVER mention the words LAW or RIGHTS ...although it is INHUMANE.  [please don't try to READ my mind or put words in my mouth...I'm very capable of saying what I mean.]  I was merely expressing HOW I saw the ancient practice of these morbid "men" behaviors.  The word law?  Is coming from YOU, not me.  Therefore, attempting to bully me with your perspective?  Aint gonna work!  But!

I am not arguing, I just deal with Facts. You just play with the definition of words just to avoid answering the questions. Nobody  bully you here. How can you feel bullied by Facts presented to you?. It is you own effort to avoid answering the questions that make you feel bullied by yourself. Nobody is your enemy here, so just relax and answers the following questions:

1- Why are you implying  that it take for him (the legal practitioner) 500 years to come up with that?.

2- Can you give us a proof that there is a lie or a flaw in his statement?

I am not arguing,

Yea you are?

I just deal with Facts.

Facts about what? My comment?

You just play with the definition of words just to avoid answering the questions.

I haven't  avoid anything.  I'm just NOT participating in YOUR game is all.

Nobody bully you here.

Not true.  That's actually what you are trying to do.  As if I have to tell you something to satisfy YOUR interpretation of "fact."  Please...

How can you feel bullied by Facts presented to you?

See this is what I mean.  I told you two times already that I didn't VIEW the video.  So I know RIGHT HERE your SOLE purpose is to TRY to interrogate what I said as if...

It is you own effort to avoid answering the questions

I avoid nothing,.,,,,

that make you feel bullied by yourself.

Deserves no comment

Nobody is your enemy here

Did I say that?  That would be "no!"

so just relax and answers the following questions:

Sorry I'm not good at following demands.

Additionally, just so you know..., I'm not on YOUR trial-as if your inquiry is to dismantle what I said. Secondly, you are NOT gonna minimize my comment as if I OWE you jusification as to what I meant-you figure it out. Since you gonna dismiss what I said to initially.  And BTW...Who is this "US?"

...that there is a lie or a flaw in his statement?

Apparent you refuse to acknowledge that I. for the THIRD time, responded to the comment while you deliberately overlook or avoid the fact that I didn't view the VIDEO. It appears to me that you are "attempting" to disprove something I've said to make your subliminal case about me being WRONG....in an effort to feel better that you "caught" me in a lie or fallacy that you can beat me over the head with. Therefore, again I suggest YOU figure out what I meant when I said 500 years. Cuz I'm done.  But!

We all know that we are NOT talking about video here, so stay focus and don't try to divert us from the subject with petty things. Yes you failed again , His statement is very short and you din't find any flaw or lie in his statement. Dont feel guilty like that, just confess that you like to look down upon Nigerians. You cannot find even one mistake in his statement so why do you criticize him?, Or you just wanted to have a go at a Nigerian Lawyer?. That is the point!, His statement ONLY. And if you failed to find a flaw or a lie in his statement just agree with the FACT. Doing all this fuss will not hide the Fact you cannot prove that this Nigerian lawyer was wrong. You just cannot!. You failed!
