Looks like George Zimmerman can’t step away from his beloved guns.

The former neighborhood watch volunteer who shot and killed Trayvon Martin was taken into custody in Central Florida after an incident involving a gun and another person.

Sources say his estranged wife’s family was involved in the possible “domestic battery” incident.

That child-killer/child molester was probably doing abusing her all along while his sick father used his connections and influence to keep from there ever being a record of it, at least, an unsealed record of it.

So, maybe the wife is not as dumb as I thought she was, and is going to get out of this Frankenstein Monster family while she's still young enough to have a life, and I hope she takes at least half of all that money he received from all the racist sociopaths and psychopaths that were troglodyte enough to "support" a child-killer.

Yeah I just saw this.  My thinking is:  his OWN wife says he is selfish and ALLLLLLLLLLLL about George.  So if you dissect this statement you can see that it was alllllllllll about George when he killed Trayvon.  So the truth is COMING out and I don't think George is gonna be around toooo long.  His writing is on the wall.  But!

Wow.

George Zimmerman won't be charged after alleged domestic incident.

(CNN) -- No charges will be filed against George Zimmerman after an alleged altercation with his estranged wife and her father, Lake Mary, Florida, Police Chief Steve Bracknell said Monday.

"Shellie Zimmerman has declined prosecution (after consulting with her attorney)," Bracknell said.

George Zimmerman had been temporarily detained by police after Shellie Zimmerman told 911 Monday that he had threatened her and her father with a weapon.

On the 911 call, Shellie Zimmerman, who filed for divorce last week, is breathing heavily when she tells a dispatcher that Zimmerman is still at the house.

"He's in his car and he continually has his hand on his gun, and he's saying, 'Step closer.' He's just threatening all of us with his firearm," she says.

Shellie Zimmerman also tells 911 that George Zimmerman punched her father in the nose, then smashed her iPad before getting in his truck.

"I don't know what he's capable of. I'm really, really scared," she says.

Mark O'Mara, George Zimmerman's attorney and a CNN legal analyst, said, "There was heightened emotion, and a disagreement took place."

O'Mara said Shellie Zimmerman no longer lives at the house -- which is owned by her father, David Bryant Dean -- and had come to it to retrieve some belongings.

After he was initially detained by officers, George Zimmerman was interviewed at the house by detectives, Lake Mary police spokesman Zach Hudson said.

Zimmerman had offered to turn over surveillance tapes from security cameras at the house to investigators.

Shellie Zimmerman called 911 just after 2 p.m. ET, Bracknell said earlier.

George Zimmerman had a bodyguard in the truck with him when police arrived, Bracknell said.

Police had drawn their guns and told the bodyguard to "stand by out of the way."

Police said Dean spoke with first responders but was not treated by paramedics.

The incident comes two months after Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer, was found not guilty of murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida.

George's brother, Robert, tweeted after his brother's detention that the public shouldn't "jump to conclusions."

Shellie Zimmerman's divorce filing last week in Seminole County came after she pleaded guilty to perjury on August 28 for lying about the state of the couple's finances during a bond hearing in April 2012.

She had claimed she and her husband were broke, when in reality they had collected about $135,000 in donations.

Since his acquittal on July 13, George Zimmerman has been in the headlines several times. In late July, he reportedly helped a family escape from an overturned SUV. A report from the Seminole County Sheriff's Office confirmed his involvement.

More recently, Zimmerman has been pulled over in traffic twice. The first time, he was given a verbal warning for a traffic violation in Texas and reportedly told officers he had a firearm in his glove compartment. The second time was in Florida last week, when he was issued a $256 ticket for speeding.

Lake Mary is a suburb of Orlando near Sanford.

********Shellie Zimmerman filed for divorce from George and

wants half of their assets, life insurance and custody of the couple's two dogs.

She wants to be named the benficiary of a permanent life insurance policy that George will pay for. She also wants half of everything, from "checking accounts, trusts, partnerships," to "any unknown assets." This could include money George Zimmerman has requested from the state of Florida and any funds awarded from a pending defamation lawsuit filed against NBC.

Pressing charges and h going back to court directly complicates what ever money she's trying to get out of their divorce.

And, what is wrong with this picture?  Have you EVER even HEARD of a Black man threatening anyone with a gun and not going to jail?  A case like this[domestic violence] is where the State normally will charge the individual even when the victim declines. But, I see that the State of Florida and Sanford Police are still kissing George Zimmerman's father's ass.

Yeah, this girl better get the hell out of that marriage while she's still alive and has a chance at a normal life.  And, she needs to find her an attorney that has no ties to Florida or that little piss ass town they live in.

I don't really feel sorry for Shellie Zimmerman. Wasn't she just convicted for perjury for LYING about the money they had received from the public and consequently causing his bail initially to be low. She was assisting in trying to get this ass hole off. A charge that Zimmerman initially had, but was mysteriously dropped. I am predicting that Zimmerman will find his judge and jury at the end of a bullet. If he does, hopefully its SEVERAL bullets.

Quote by Yemaya: "Wasn't she just convicted for perjury for LYING about the money they had received from the public and consequently causing his bail initially to be low."

Shellie Zimmerman pleaded guilty this morning to a misdemeanor charge of perjury in a plea deal. Sentenced to serve one year of probation under the deal, designed to avoid a felony conviction.

Accused of lying during one of her husband's bond hearings last year. She allegedly told a judge that the couple had no money, when they reportedly had received more than $130,000 in donations from internet donors who wanted to aid in her husband's defense

.

The couple reportedly talked about the donations in recorded phone calls at the Seminole County jail, just days before the bond hearing during which she was accused of lying.

Prosecutors alleged the two talked in code during the phone calls, referring to $10 when they meant $10,000, reports the paper. During the calls, George Zimmerman reportedly instructed his wife to transfer funds between various accounts.

Court records show that in the days before the bond hearing in June 2012, Shellie Zimmerman transferred $74,000 - broken into eight smaller transfers ranging from $7,500 to $9,990 - from her husband's credit union account to hers. It also shows that $47,000 was transferred from George Zimmerman's account to his sister's in the days before the bond hearing. Amounts of over $10,000 would have been reported to the Internal Revenue Service.

Four days after he was released on bond, Shellie Zimmerman transferred more than $85,500 from her account into her husband's account, records show.

They also show that the jail recorded George Zimmerman instructing her on a call to "pay off all the bills," including an American Express and Sam's Club card.

After Shellie Zimmerman's false statements were discovered, the judge revoked her husband's bail. He was later released on $1 million bond.

A felony conviction would have barred Shellie Zimmerman from applying to be a nurse for three years.

She was reportedly studying to be a nurse at the time of her arrest. She could have face up to five years in prison.

She will also reportedly be required to serve 100 hours of community service under the plea deal.

Police: Zimmerman wife not pressing charges

Police were called to a home in Lake Mary on Monday after George Zimmerman allegedly threatened his wife and her father with a gun. Lake Mary, Florida Police Department released Shellie Zimmerman's call to 911.

The estranged wife of George Zimmerman opted not to press charges against her husband Monday after police in Florida responded to her sobbing 911 call reporting he had punched her father and was threatening them with a gun.

"I'm really scared,'' Shellie Zimmerman can be heard telling Lake Mary, Fla., police in an audio recording of a 911 call placed around 2 p.m. Monday to authorities in the suburb northeast of Orlando.

Zimmerman was acquitted in July in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in a case that captured the nation's attention and put a spotlight on Florida's self-defense gun laws.

Police allowed Zimmerman to go free Monday afternoon after questioning him outside the home where Shellie Zimmerman placed the 911 call. Police Chief Steve Bracknell said Shellie Zimmerman and her father decided not to press charges after consulting with an attorney.

Police deputy chief Colin Morgan said earlier that police held George Zimmerman in "investigative detention'' while they investigated the dispute.

A police spokesman said Zimmerman and his wife, who filed for divorce last week, were blaming each other for starting the fight at her father's home.

In an audio recording of Shellie Zimmerman's 911 call, she can be heard saying Zimmerman smashed an iPad she was holding and cut it with a pocket knife, struck her father in the nose and threatened both while putting a hand on a gun.

Deputy Police Chief Colin Morgan said officers did not recover a gun, and Bracknell said Shellie Zimmerman later dropped her claim that a gun was involved.

"Domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

The dispute "was between him and his wife and her father,'' Morgan said. "There were some allegations that there had been an assault, but we could not confirm any of it.''

Orlando TV station WKMG reported that Shellie Zimmerman's parents, David and Machelle Dean, live at the home.

WKMG's SKY 6 helicopter showed at least a half-dozen police squad cars outside the house.

In the divorce petition, Shellie Zimmerman says she and her husband separated a month after Zimmerman, who is Hispanic, was acquitted of any crime for fatally shooting Martin, a black teenager, last July. The verdict sparked protests across the nation.

Zimmerman has been pulled over at least twice for speeding since his acquittal.

She and her father are stupid for not pressing charges against him. HOWEVER, she did assist in helping him to cover up finances. So she in some ways in complicit in assisting him in getting away with the murder. But you know George Zimmerman can't stay out of trouble if you paid him.

This is just testimony of WHO HE IS.  Now any reasonable person would stay low and out of trouble.  Right?   But Zimmerman?  Helllll nooooooooo.  He is deemed a hero.  And 12 jurists believed he was not guilty.  Wonder how they feel now that he is PROVING every one of them WRONG.  In fact, he is a DANGEROUS OUT OF CONTROL ANIMAL with a gun-the same type of behavior that ultimately MURDERED Trayvon.  So...America has allowed this loose canon to go free and roam the next prey.  And I project something extremely TERRIBLE is gonna happen.  It is bound to.  But!

I'm not worried, he will meet his justice at the end of a gun.

iPad video could be key in George Zimmerman domestic dispute case with estranged wife

LAKE MARY, Fla. — Police investigating a domestic dispute between George Zimmerman and his estranged wife said Tuesday that video from her broken iPad may be crucial evidence in determining whether any charges are filed.

Police believe the mobile device captured video of Monday’s dispute at the Lake Mary house where Zimmerman was living, but the former neighborhood watch volunteer smashed it to pieces and it needs to be examined in a crime lab. Without the video or some other piece of independent evidence, legal experts said it will be hard to build a case because Shellie Zimmerman changed her story about her husband threatening her with a gun and decided not to press charges.

Medical examiner who performed Trayvon Martin’s autopsy fired, plans wrongful termination suit

By Associated Press, Published: September 10

ORLANDO, Fla. — An attorney for the medical examiner in the George Zimmerman case whose testimony was challenged by defense attorneys says his client plans to sue for wrongful termination after being fired.

Shiping Bao was let go as an associate medical examiner in Florida’s Volusia County last week, officials disclosed Tuesday. County spokesman Dave Byron declined to give a reason.

Bao performed Trayvon Martin’s autopsy in February 2012 and offered conflicting testimony at Zimmerman’s murder trial last July about how long the 17-year-old Martin could have lived after being shot in a struggle with the former neighborhood watch volunteer. Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges.

Bao’s attorney, Willie E. Gary, said he plans to file suit shortly for wrongful termination, discrimination and job harassment against the medical examiner’s office and others.

Attorney for Trayvon Martin medical examiner preparing $100M lawsuit

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. —

Dr. Shiping Bao's testimony raised eyebrows during the George Zimmerman trial.
"I believe it is my opinion that Trayvon Martin was in a lot of pain, and that he was suffering," Bao said July 5 during testimony in the George Zimmerman trial.
On the stand, Dr. Bao changed his testimony about key statements he'd made and said he'd changed his mind about Martin only being alive for as many as three minutes after the shooting.
"I believe he was alive one to 10 minutes after he was shot. His heart was beating until there was no blood left," Bao said.
Dr. Bao is dropping another bombshell -- his attorney is preparing a $100 million lawsuit.
Through his high-profile attorney, he claims the medical examiner, state attorney's office, and Sanford Police Department were all biased against Martin.
"He says their general attitude was that he got what he deserved," Attorney Willie Gary told Channel 9.
Gary said Dr. Bao was made to be a scapegoat and was wrongfully fired from the medical examiner's office. He said his client was prepared to offer proof that Martin was not the aggressor.
"He was in essence told to zip his lips. 'Shut up. Don't say those things,'" Gary said.
Gary said prosecutors never asked Dr. Bao a question crucial to their case.
"He wanted a question that would have allowed him to explain to the jury with scientific evidence how there was no way Trayvon Martin could have been on top of George Zimmerman," Gary said.
Gary said that question never came.
