Jamie can do drama or comedy. He's willing to morph into a character (lost a lot of weight to play Ray). He's a talented musician, which could help in many roles.
I'm not entertained by Djimon, and it seems a lot of people agree with me. Most of the movies he's been in has bombed at the box office.

Hi gurl... well bombing at the box office doesn't mean a film is bad, lol.
But that's an interesting comment. Djimon does seem to have had a lot of action-hero roles.
I'm curious, did you see him in the film, In America, as the tormented painter?
I thought he was brilliant in that.
I'm not saying one is better than the other, I think they are both great. And let's hope they both get meatier and more challenging roles in the future so each can challenge their own abilities.

Well since this poll was based on talent and not sexiness...
I had to vote for Jamie. I just think he brings something so original to the screen.

Yes, I saw the movie. I didn't like it and thought it was a waste of my time.
This is an apples and oranges discussion both Jamie and Djimon fall into separate casting categories as actors. Djimon fits the bill in certain films as does Jamie in others.
