y point was to women.... we have babies to tend to... our own hearts... our own finances... our own lives...

"can't waste time preparing for the black man that has got his stuff together...

women need to unite...

and raise the male children we need to have present, but don't have, in our adult men right now... find the RARE brother that has his head together as role models and do our damnest not to repeat the ish pool that we are forced to draw from now..."

If you truely feel this way its very sad. You cannot survive without your men. Dont you understand that? So many sistas have been raising children by themselves for the last 30 or 40 years. Look what that has done. Please dont get to the point where you disengage from your brothers. To do so is guaranteeing defeat!

I feel its very sad that you must be living with blinders on. WE ARE ALREADY SURVIVING WITHOUT MEN!!!!!

Hullo!

There is no disengagement from brothers... there is being honest about where brothers(?) are... they BY AND LARGE ARE NOT in a position to uplift themselves as a whole much less their women...

Hell most cannot figure out whether to screw us for years... pay us to slide on a pole... ask US for money... or worship us... then there are the slither of percentage of men who marry and the even smaller percentage of those who maintiain their fidelity...

so... women need to be realistic... we don't live forever and in the meantime we need to become more unified... about who we are... how we will survive...

By the way I did recognize the .00000002% of men who seem to have it together...

Most women WILL NOT buy into polygamy overnight...

so...

we just need to look to them as role models for our male children that we keep having out of wedlock...

We need to talk to each other about how we need to conduct ourselves... what image we will send our male and female babies... and how to keep the hell away from the myriad of NEGROES we keep allowing into our hearts...

SURVIVING!!, very good choice of words , cause its dam show not LIVING! And if you look at the condition of out men, women and children. Its definitely nothing to be proud about! You cannot make it without your men whether you want to admit it or not.

Exactly! It's not living! It's NOT what the creator had in mind...

He had in mind Black MEN REFLECTING HIM... and Black women REFLECTING HIM...

Umm.... Most black women are in a sad condition living under the foot of the OPPRESSOR that her so-called MAN has yet to OVERTHROW!

So in the damn meantime... we don't have time to LIVE>.... We can't wait for Black males to BUILD..... ANd its too damn tiring to remind you that we exist... and are worthy of your care and love... I mean hell... look at the freakin state you got us in...

You have nothing better to offer us than your enemy...

You aint feeding us..

You aint paying our bills...

You aint making us feel like we are something you find special... unless you want to DO us...

When our males decide to become MEN the point will become moot...
I feel your pain. You are absolutely right, to many of us are not being men. We are not standing up, but you must realize that we are in a war, and the tactics and strategies used against us are real and we have been fighting this battle for 500 years. We have only been allowed to vote for 40 years sista. We need you now more that ever. There are some brothers out here being men and you need to acknowledge that. Im listening to Rev Al Sharpton right now. Im so proud of him and Jesse Jackson standing up for our black women and i think the ball will continue to move as we turn our attending to music and videos. You see many of us do not have a knowledge of who we are. Many of us want to be with the enemy they enjoy eating the scraps from his table. But please believe some of us are standing up and fighting. I for one love my black women and I stand up for them. Your men need you sista!

Zakar please...

Your minds work just as good as any krackas... so this is a war you have to fight and win... but we have battlefronts too... and YALL aint there for the most basic of support...

that's a fight men have to work out on their own..

da hell? YOu don't need some kracka to ALLOW you to vote... to take the damn country if YOU WANTED to... other people figure out how to do this... I'm saying.. Black women have ALWAYS been here we are a huge part of the reason we even still have a black community...

Women KNOW when they are needed... right now too many of us are feeling NEGLECTED...

I did... I saw once last year as I peered to the left of the sun on a Saturday in GA.... then the moment faded...

These are not men by my definition these are males trying to make it in the enemy's world... so be it...

If that's the level of aspiration y'all at...

just want to eat good in massa's house and get a few honoraries... and recognitions... and whatnot...

that's cool...

it's better than what you seem to collectively wish and work and fight for now...

and that's azz...

and we so silly, neglected and broken we feed you a steady diet of it...
bang

I mean dam.I/ve been hurt, betrayed, and disappointed by my sistas over and over again. But you know what I still love you all.Its sad to never see our sistas on this board every tell us they love us and care about our well beings. All I here is sistas need to come together and take care of themselves. Who wins in a scenario like that!! A shame indeed

Never said I didn't love Black men...

Why should we..? Especially if some of us don't know how to love someone they've only received cursory attention from all their lives anywhoo?

Ummm... and those that are in a healthier position.. or who have had healthier experiences... you get the love... but collectively we all have been hurt...

and at some point one has to decide to stop nursing the niggas that hurt us...

wean their azzes out of our lives... and then you find its an awful lot of brovas to look over...

We all do... because we begin to refuse to nurture the crap that we do to one another and stop making excuses for it and begin to take care of what works...

I never said abandon good men... I said they should be held as role models...

the fact that they are role models... suggests an absence of abundance of good men to choose from and prepare ourselves worthy for...

my suggestion was to leave the niggaz alone... and stop making crappy decisions...

that works out well for the community I think...
Actually Zakar, you nor anyone else deserves my ire...

I should learn to exercise restraint when I'm angry... writing is a release for me.....

Let's do this:

Black women can be patient with good men.... and not set unrealistic standards for the men who travail with us along the journey for struggle...

You're right we do need each other.... for we both hurt within... and hurt each other...

but my brother... we need the best of us to take the rest of us to task for the salvation of all of us....

Salaam...
Or as Elijah Muhammad once answered to the question of "Who is the Original Man"; we must stop being mortal men and be God again. When Black people come together, you see Allah.

We did not even consider ourselves to be mortal men until a certain point in the Dynastic Period of Kemet, after Akhenaten. No one else will exalt our self perception but us. Mortal man dwells on the level of the beast (dog). Someone with 33 degrees is still on all fours. The ancient text states that Ra strikes me in my Pineal gland and I am risen upright, once again; from the horizontal to the Living Perpendicular (90 degree). Well, we were given 120 degrees of the Knowledge of Allah; there are 360 degrees in this circle of Knowledge. In Islamic terms, this is called Qiyam (suratul Qiyamah [The Resurrection]) When you know your true identity, anything beneathe that just will not suffice.

Peace, the Black Man is GOD!

No woman will reject GOD. After this, the arguement if moot.

This was from an obscure writing on the walls of a Pyramid that I came across about 17 years ago. I will need to retrace my steps to find the text for you. However, to suffice for now, I will elaborate on the context.

The Karast (mumia) was laid on the horizontal plane with the inscription.

Next, a ray of Light is shown emanating from Ra, striking the Karast (mumia) in the forehead.

Next, the Karast (mumia) is shown (right hand over left) standing upright in the Muslim prayer position of Qiyam.

You see, we make rotations like the Planets, at right angles. Once you find your orbit, you're good...

Peace.

Thank you for that break down...

You have my attention...

Would you mind starting a thread on this in the Religion section? I have questions and do not wish to disrupt the purpose of this thread....
