Ciara Loses Her Custody Case Against Future

 

Ciara took a major blow in court, TMZ is reporting. On Monday (May 16), the singer lost her custody case against her former fiancé, Future.

Cici initially asked the judge presiding over her case to give her sole custody of her and Future's one-year-old son, baby Future. The singer claimed the rapper wasn't a good parent and rarely spent time with his child.

Future, on the other hand, asked the judge for joint custody.

Well, it looks like the judge was 100% on the "Blow A Bag" rapper's side because he granted joint guardianship to the former couple.

Ciara's suit was filed in California, a state that favors joint custody. So, this news isn't such a shock for those who are already aware of Cali's strict custody laws.

Something else to note, this case is completely separate from the $15 million defamation suit Ciara has also filed against Future. That case is still being processed.

I agree with Radio Raheem. I agree.  The moral fiber and social decorum are gone....from the black community.  And it is those missing qualities that are decaying  our culture.  I remember when black men courted black women.  I mean singing under the night lamp kinda love.  And I understood the dynamics behind it.  We come from a unique eco-environment and because of that we have the ability to love deep cuz we didn't have to look far for food. Sounds silly but true,    And so that ingrained an innate genetic connection that is permanently in our DNA.  And cannot be duplicated.  There is absolutely nothing like black love.  And black love is an umbrella for ALL things good reflected in black culture: our music, art, lifestyle....the way we use to raise our children...all of that.  White women never had it.  Never have Asian women...both are weak and under the guise of patriarchal rule which dominates its women(and forces sex slavery) and secretly participates in homosexual behavior.  Plus these women[white/asian] are the original sex slaves.  Africa-traditionally? We're egalitarians.

A Miami man was arrested on Sunday after police said he burst into his ex-girlfriend’s delivery room, kicked her and got into a fight with her current boyfriend.

Trayevon Braye, 21, came into the hospital delivery room at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in Hollywood and asked his pregnant ex-girlfriend whether she wanted him in the room or not, the Sun Sentinel reports. When the woman replied no, Braye began to yell obscenities and briefly left the room before returning and “taking a fighting stance” in front of her boyfriend.

Police said three security guards came in the room to attempt restraining Braye, but he kicked the pregnant woman in the chest and was put into a bear hug.
