Impeachment Resolution Drafted Against President Obama
A roadside sign that reflects the anger of many Americans who have had enough of President Obama's fiasco.

President Barack Obama

Many are convinced of the criminal guilt of President Obama, and they are seeking legal avenues to pursue justice.

As of March 7, 2012, an act of impeachment was drafted by members of Congress. The measure, H. Con. Res. 107 reflects congressional response to the president’s unconstitutional and therefore illegal use of military force without authorization.

On the one hand, we have a Congress that has been amazingly remiss in vetting a president that many would allege with voluminous amounts of evidence, is unfit and unqualified for office. We have a press corps here in America that ignores and refuses to report almost every grave violation the president commits. We have the American people who are too busy on their cell phones, playing video games, or standing in unemployment lines to take notice of a literal coup that is being manifested by foreign powers who want Obama in office to complete his mission of destroying the great nation we all once knew.

Last and not least, we have those brave souls, patriots, Tea Party members, and enlightened Americans who see the crisis, understand the danger to the Republic that most certainly exists, and are valiantly trying to awake the sleeping masses as the eleventh hour approaches. Perhaps we are on the brink of the 59th minute of that hour, I wonder as I ponder the dark implications of NDAA S.1867 that was signed by Obama giving him the Draconian powers of a dictator here just months before a looming election that, for him, is in doubt.

Some, as a matter of fact, many believe, that Obama will not allow the elections of 2012 to take place, that some cataclysmic event like a deadly terrorist act will occur, a war will break out, or maybe a false flag alien invasion will send the people scurrying to the waiting iron fist of the federal government for protection and reassurance. Is that such a farfetched scenario?

A Machiavellian event that will eviscerate what American sovereignty is left is anticipated by many. With Obama allowing U.S. military forces into a Libyan war without prior consent of Congress, and the courts blocking the resulting lawsuit raised by U.S. Representative Dennis Kucinich and others on Capitol Hill, we have witnessed federal government lawlessness and overt tyranny. The kind that the German Reichstag incident is made of, which serves to authorize a savage unleashing of a government sanction to kill.

Below you will find the Congressional Resolution to impeach Obama. Will it ever pass with enough votes? Is it merely a token gesture? We will see.

H. CON. RES. 107

Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
March 7, 2012

Mr. JONES submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.
