Holding a leg or a thigh up gives you the opportunity to grip them and massage those sexy legs while gaining leverage to stroke better, harder and stronger.
Lifting a leg and staying shallow will help you work out if her chocha is housed/concave meaning its tucked between those thighs. When a womans yoni is tucked and squeezed between a set of powerful thighs in most cases it is going to take some extra time to fully open her up.
You want to cycle through your strokes until you find one that she likes and then use it until she become extremely wet. She will let you know when to push in.
If her legs are down you will have to create some doughnut because it is almost certain she will wrap them around you, and if she wraps them around you you wont be able to move.
“Doughnut” is space that you create between your body and hers.You want to maintain this space so that even when she wraps you up you have the space you need to work. To create this space just rock backwards and your back will push her legs out causing them to relax.
Do this anytime she starts to squeeze too tight, it does the trick of creating some room without being rude or pushy or stopping the action.

A strong legged woman has heavy and thick thighs, holding them up will require you to have sold chest muscles and a good grip. Train for sexual excellence in the gym and add these diamond pushups to your regimen.
To do a diamond, or close-grip, pushup, get into the top of a pushup position. Move your hands close together under your chest so the index fingers and thumbs almost touch — forming a diamond shape. Bend your elbows to lower your body toward the ground. Keep your triceps close to your trunk as you maintain a rigid torso. Extend your elbows to return to the starting position.
