How long before this program is expanded to the everyday citizen?   This was unsuccessfully attempted by the Bush administration through the USPS.  However, now there is an uptick in going after deception.

This is not unusual. If you are dealing in 'classified' information you are required to sign a statement of understanding that you will never talk about what you did or information that you came across.

The point isn't about the "classification" its the layers of secrecy and seeding perceptions.  This is the concept behind a "secret police".  People here have complained about AA.org being blacklisted etc.  Now there's blacklisting on top of layered secrecy with a government that claims the right to do what it wishes "in the name of terrorism" and define anyone who disagrees with any official position (or even blows the whistle on illegal/unconstitutional activity) as a "traitor" or "terrorist".

Assata is listed as a terrorist although legally the label doesn't hold.  Its about controlling and stomping out dissension.

I need to find that clip about the memos and courts.
