Black Women and Ward Connelly
Hi Black women, a year or so back, maybe 2, I happened to catch Ward Connelly on C-Span booknotes. I know most intelligent black women of truth cannot stomach this treacherous being but I decided to sit there and here what this male had to say for himself.
He went through his entire life story and told how that shaped him into the being he is today. He more or less said, he was born in the black section of town but had to walk through the nice white section of town to get to school. Well, as he was walking he noticed the difference in the two sections. The whites had nice homes, manicured lawns, mulberry bushes and walnut trees. He said, "he was a little thief" and used to steal walnuts like the white children from this one house that had the walnut or was it chestnut? Anyway, he said, he met a little white girl who befriended him. Mary Beth or Becky Sue or sumptin' like that was her name.
He said, that her friendship meant a lot to him as Mary Becky and he would skip to school every day, hand in hand. He said, one day he was skipping alone to school, and the little white friends who stole the chestnuts or walnuts was not there but he was so hungry for some chestnuts that day that he decided to on his own, sneak onto that white man's property and steal some chestnuts to devour.
Well, that white man came out and called him a 'thievin' little nigger' his exact quote mind you, and was about to turn him into the cops when who comes out of her house and rescues him but his little white friend little Mary Becky. She says to Mr. Wilson, in this Dennis the Menace society he was beholding, 'Now Mr. Wilson, you leave little Ward alone, you know you don't call the police on us kids for taking walnuts.' Or something of that nature said he. He went on to say, he knew he had a true friend for life and that race shouldn't matter. Ever since then, he and Mary Becky openly hand and hand, skipped to school. True story according to Ward.
Now, he said, he said all that to show that 'race doesn't matter', friendship is friendship albeit, if he had been skip, skip, skip to my lou with little black girls in the first place he would have avoided that racist moment altogether. Little black girls would have called him a fool and told his 'thievin ass' not to go up into the white's property stealing their chestnuts in the first place as he could get his stupid azz killed. But I suppose reality itself, is what makes black girls 'STRONG' and seemingly HARD and UN-LOVING in the eyes of such a one.
Anyway, the moral of his story is as convoluted as he. Racism doesn't have to factor in if we don't let it. However, he seemed to miss the fact that Mr. Wilson, if you will, was merciful to him because of the white girl's presence but that does not mean he changed his mind or attitudes on blackness. More importantly, that he had 'legalized power' to act on that nature in as much as he could have called his brother 'bubba the police chief' and had little ward thrown in Juvenile home. That's the key he misses.
Yet, with his own professed mindset, Ward felt that the only thing wrong with the black section was the blacks not 'making' 'manicured lawns, and white picket fences' like the whites. He didn't factor in the economic disparity between the two and that little 'segregation' factor that had most blacks working 2 to 3 jobs to make ends meet. He also didn't factor in the fact that whites picked that poor 'lawn deprived' section of town and thrust blacks in it to live. As we know, though blacks tried to get homes in nice areas they were met with hate by those whites and there was no Mary Becky to stop them.
Well, as history goes, we know the black arose to the occassion fought and got laws put on the book to restrain white madness. However, Ward feels let Mr. Wilson be a racist, put no restraints in forcing him to do right. After all, Mary Becky came along and straightened out that matter for him and we blacks can trust that there are Mary Beckys out there who will hold our hand and skip us through the white section and speak up for us if we are nice like he was with Mary Becky who he loves to this day.
He didn't seem to notice that he wasn't ever invited over to Mary Becky's house during that time, just enjoyed holding hands and skipping along to school together. Now, this is his admitted mindset with regard to how he came to see the world around him.
Black women as you can see, he's in a word, warped. His mind is so that it can be easily toyed with by white people. In so speaking, he's admitted as much. He was real as someone told me about my womanhood, EMOTIONAL about how deeply it touched him for Mary Becky to save him, and as so, all we black women need do is wait for some white girl to take up for us.
Yes, this is what this demented moron is more or less proclaiming and too stupid to know it. We must stop him and his wicked works black women. We must unite and come against such ogres as he would be so deceived and just downright, embarrassingly TRICKED by white males into fighting for them to have the same UN-RESTRAINED 100% POWER AND CONTROL OVER OUR WELL-BEING AS THEY HAD IN SEGREGATION.
Black women what do you think of this mad man? I'll add to this post in the future posting ways we must counterattack such sick colored boys as they lay prostrate before white males singing their praises while denigrating black women.
