23% of the teams have black coaches. Not bad considering blacks are 13% of the United States population. Just because you can play doesn't mean you can coach.

Again, playing doesn't mean you can coach it.
Even coaching this league is different than in college. Not all successful coaches in the NCAA Football College (or that matter, basketball) is successful in the NFL. In fact, very few of them are.
