Assistant Director, Graduate Admission Management -
Shares responsibility for the achievement of admission goals and objectives resulting in the enrollment of two Evening MBA classes, one Two-Year MBA, and one One-Year MBA class. Review and read MBA applications, interview prospective students, respond to applicant inquiries, and counsel prospective students regarding the admission process, test taking strategies, required courses, and future career opportunities.
Specific responsibilities include: share responsibility for international and domestic travels to attend MBA recruiting activities(some trips may require more than 2 weeks away from Boston at a time); international responsibilities include research and understanding of target markets, educational and professional experience equivalencies,
cultural influences, cultivating and maintaining relationships with international educational institutions, governments, sources of scholarships, employers, prospective students, etc; help plan and execute recruiting events, visitor programs, corporate visit program, receptions, and programs for admitted students; develop relationships within the Graduate School and College.
Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and technical skills (web skills desired) and the ability to handle multiple projects with frequent deadlines. The willingness to travel and work some evenings and weekends is necessary in this position. This is a full-time, exempt, replacement position.
