I think you miss the point. Michael Eisner, for example, similarly may not be personally attractive to youth, but as CEO of Disney he has children across the globe at his command. I believe in the death penalty, but I don't believe in the politics of it. Get rid of the mandatory appeals that cost taxpayers money. Let the perp have ONE appeal and if the sentence is not overturned, I agree with 'Catch ... fry him or her in 30 days. Death penalty is a punishment and some people deserve that ultimate punishment. This is incorrect. Much of what was presented was simple testimony that required nothing but an interview beforehand, which they did. It is also chock-full of people who are currently running the streets, guilty as sin, despite a mountain of evidence. This is the problem with juries. This is not true. You simply cannot get on the stand and talk about what someone else told you someone else said. Everyone in the courtroom would have to be braindead and in a coma while that was going on.
