I'm still not sure what you are asking. Did you want to know what I see as the legitimate governmental functions of those listed above? Obviously, protecting people from external threats is something the government should be doing. Protecting people from their own choices regarding drugs through excessive regulation, for example, is none of the government's business. Leaving Iraq the first time was a DIRECT result of knowing the democrats would NOT support defeating saddam if it took a war to do so. Kerry himself voted against liberating Kuwait! And, notice how she fails to mention What African Americans are angry about. This is deliberate, because that would reveal too many things that African Americans are right to be angry about , and it would reveal to too many White Americans that African Americans are angry about many of the same things they are angry about .
