isistah, the crime rate amongst those white ethnics declined with domination and control of territory. You will find the same thing in the black inner-cities. As police bust and round up major players in the crime game, new players then compete to take over the void in the market created. Criminals orginizations compete for territory via violence. When I lived in Detroit, there was around 600 murders a year. It has dropped to around 400 now, which is the lowest it has been since the 60's.

Drugs are already somewhat legal. You can get a prescription for Meth from your doctor, just like you can for Prozac or any other common drug. Same thing with Speed. The fact that these things are available in prescription form does not get rid of or reduce drug crimes or drug addicts because potency is drastically reduced (for several reasons) once pharmaceutical companies have a hand in manufacturing. I think the biggest issue is the fact that it actually turns the frogs homosexual to begin with, and this man-made chemical is in nearly all the food, and in nearly all the water we consume, and with the fringe benefit of this also being the mass birth-control/"population control" they've been trying to force on humanity, for decades, it's looking more and more deliberate.

This is where the writers thesis and logic beings to fall apart. The decriminalization of drugs is not the same as advocating for a new market opportunity for the Walmart-ificaton of weed (a real argument and concern within advocacy groups). The authors concerns are more centralized with the market based capitalist system (not my characterization, but the authors description) than than any particular by product of decriminalization. The only reason the laws are changing because young white people are catching criminal records. In the Boston area where many white college students attend elite universities the laws are being aggressively changed, decriminalizing pot. I saw a show sometime ago about the Boston area, the cops know who the white drug dealers are but don't touch them simply because they are white, yet where Blacks are current pot laws are strictly enforced.
