Hell, if they would put a stop to dirty and/or racist prosecutors' fighting against, and judges denying their pleas and appeals, there would be more than "one or two a month" . There really needs to be an over-site Court or Commission that does forensic research on each and every sentence involving life in prison and/or the death penalty.

I feel the same way ER, but, " immunity . . . offers prosecutors protection from lawsuits except when they have violated a clearly-established constitutional right", so you know what that means, in nearly all cases prosecutors can hide behind immunity protection no matter what they have done, and even in where a person's constitutional rights have been violated, the case would be relegated to "Civil Court" and not prosecuted in "Criminal Court".
