Bezos is going to be making billions on the racist oppression and terrorisism of Black people [and Brown people) in America. There is no way in freaking hell, anything like so-called "facial recognition" technology either can be accurate or even come close to being reliable; there are just too many variables for it to be anywhere reliable or accurate or fool-proof. This is going to get a lot of innocent Black people harrassed, terrorized, brutalized and railroaded by the police and sentenced...

How the Internet Is Transforming from a Tool of Liberation to One of Oppression

Published on Thursday, June 5, 2014 by Huffington Post How the Internet Is Transforming from a Tool of Liberation to One of Oppression by Astra Taylor Remember when the Internet was going to fix the world? According to leading technology pundits, traditional dinosaurs were going to be "disintermediated" and "disrupted," freeing us all from meddling middlemen and allowing competition to flourish. We wouldn't need corrupt professional media makers anymore because we would all blog and tweet.

Rogers, J. A. (1880-1966) Self-trained historian, novelist, and journalist Joel Augustus Rogers spent most of his life debunking pseudo-scientific and racist depictions of people of African ancestry while popularizing the history of persons of black people around the world. Rogers was born September 6, 1883 in Negril, Jamaica. He and his siblings were raised, after their mother passed, by their schoolteacher father, Samuel John Rogers. What does it mean "this is our land x 3"??? Land is Earth. Provisions are made to buy and sell land by the self imposed White Gods of everyone. Everything you "own", stays right here when you die, and you're going to die no matter how racist you are. You die and then you're buried in the "land". Then your racist behind becomes bones just like every one else's. You ain't special in any kind of way. You're just racially insane and very dangerous while breathing.

Wow! These are so beautiful real-to life black dolls. Simply gorgeous! Wished I had em when I was coming up. But! They are here now. Thank god! There is a story about the birth of dolls and what they mean....but! I won't bore anyone...just will say dolls have been a socially and psychological component to children that shaped self-image. For us in the early days, it was a missing essential in our culture in America. As children we had nothing to define our worth. But that was then, this is...

Tell Tech CEOs: Stop Selling Surveillance Software to the Government! Tell Tech CEOs: Stop Selling Surveillance Software to the Government! Tell Tech CEOs: Stop Selling Surveillance Software to the Government! Agencies like the FBI, ICE, and several local police departments are using facial recognition technology that’s being supplied to them by tech companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Facial recognition is not a neutral technology. Academic research has already shown that facial...

Report: Hate Music Still Being Sold Via iTunes, Amazon and Spotify December 13, 2014 | Posted by Thomas L. Scott Racism is alive and on sale through online retailers who have yet to remove racist and offensive content from their sites. Racist hate music is more about influence than making money. The Intelligence Report, by the Southern Poverty Law Center, says that the racist music business was a multimillion-dollar industry in the 1990s . The genre also doubles as a recruiting tool. In...

Detroit Engineer Develops Coding Program to Teach Teens Tech Skills in a Gutted Out School Bus By Ricky Riley - September 16, 2016 Screenshot In recent years, Detroit’s fledgling school system and constant infighting between teachers and governmental officials has dominated national headlines. That infighting and bitterness came to a head in May when teachers staged a sickout. The protest addressed the uninhabitable classroom conditions — mold, inoperable restrooms, and broken air...

I expect some Chinese company to have a dual-core Android tablet for under $100 soon. The specs should be: dual-core at least 1 GHz one gigabyte of RAM 8 gig of storage and a microSD card slot resolution 1024 x 600 wi-fi b/g/n The trouble is sometimes their stuff is very good for the price and sometimes it is crap. It needs to develop a track record. These two may be good but they are not under $100 yet. http://www.ramos-tablet.com/ra...-tablet-pc-16gb.html...

Order and control will always exist and always be "oppressive" It just a matter of whose order and control. People that have these pipe dreams of freedom and being able to do whatever you want and all this Utopian crap kill me. Surveillance and a total police state is the future, a state where people are monitored and crime and suffering are reduced through totalitarian measures. Think of a Brave New World. Lets not forget the internet was a USA government project, not some hippy crap made...

Totalitarian governments/regimes are no more than Slavery packaged as "law and order" or "protecting the people", just like that of Kim Jong Un, Hitler, and the Taliban.

There is a difference between "Totalitarian" state and Socialism. Stop and Frisk did not deter any crime, New York just controlled what and how much crime would be reported by the media. That along with the fact that crime had been dropping in this country all along. Stop and Frisk was no more than the racists harassing, disrupting the lives of, brutalizing and in many cases, murdering Black people, especially Black males, more especially young Black males, with impunity, just like during...

It would be nice if you could find a building that could provide more necessities, like a toilet, washing facilities and some clean water from some damn where. What are you going to do for heat? Knowledge is power, but it's hard to gain if one's uncomfortable, cold. Why don't you see if Will Smith has one of his old buses laying around on his mansion grounds? Have you see his bus? It probably has a swimming pool in it. One of those would make the kids comfortable and geniuses after about 10...
