Let's start this again. I say Institutional Racism is the thing that 'defunded' the ghetto. I say the biggest effect of institutional racism is the legacy of segregated housing. I measure it like this: Black Homeowner, Black Ghetto Neighborhood = low property value -> less working capital to insure middle class status for the next generation. ie working twice as hard and getting half as far. The entire far reaching consequences of a racist housing market. Solution #1. Black Homeowner,...

I think Gary Payton knows how to modify his game... he's just a little selfish. But then again, when he played with Shawn Kemp (the skinny one) he deferred to him, though he may have been still developing. He can score when needed and knows how to take over a game. I think he's ready to play with other superstars that are equal to or better than he is. With the Bucks in the playoffs last year he even seemed to lay back until he had to assert himself. That might have been poor chemistry but...

It's like the days of Mississippi burning when freedom riders went into the Deep South to get black folks to register to vote and they were met with fatal resistance. Although more black folks are able to vote massa is finding ways to sabotage that. But some students here in Cali have no clue how important the vote is. They are too busy protesting so they can put on their Instagram or facebook. In some places, we are just giving massa want he wants. And there are other places where Blacks...
