I acknowledged your point, but I do think it's a minor one. We were talking about black american women to begin with, and that should have been clear. While the majority of black educated people in the world are male, that doesn't do much good for a sister in law school in Chicago, and that was the kind of sister we were talking about. Djon, here is an interesting article on the scyrocketing incarceration rate of bw. black women have had a 700% increase in incarceration while black men have had a 150% increase. what really gets me is that no one talks about how fast black women are being imprisoned.
