Whether you have your hair braided naturally or with synthetic or human hair, you only risk damaging your hair if the hair is not being braided properly . Even someone who braids your hair naturally can damage your hair (and scalp) just by braiding the hair too tightly or too close to the scalp, or by pulling on the scalp. So by avoiding synthetic braids, you are not avoiding hair damage. The important thing to do is to make certain that the person who is braiding your hair is a professional...

All of that is cleared up and addressed in the link provided. The dimensions of the entry damage are exactly consisent with the dimentions of the plane. There is not only pictures of plane debris on the ground but also inside the building. There was MASSIVE destruction inside and outside of the building and (again) plenty of supportive photographs and EYEWITNESS accounts. At a certain point, there is just no convincing people who want to hang on to this conspiracy theory for whatever reason.
