As a youngster, I dreamed of being in gymnastic but was too afraid of either falling off the horse or hitting it...or even slipping. However, it is so beautiful to watch the gymnast fly through the air...so graceful. The flips too are amazing. Plus it keeps you so fit. I love the discipline. But!

Just like white folks remake films. There is still room for Black artists to remake the story of Nina Simon. It will take a very aggressive, daring production to get her life told with the utmost respect and integrity. Saldana knows damn well...that it was just too much preparation for us to resemble the beauty of Nina. Nina has a large presence that matches the fullness in her face.
