Needless to say, this is a huge question, and to answer it thoroughly, I would have to go back and look at my histories that deal with the Christological debates in the early church. I will try initially, however, respond based on my recollections. The doctrine of Jesus being God as well as the doctrine of the trinity emerged over the course of centuries. The "man-made" notation notwithstanding, does this source lend to a finding that the Trinity (and by extension Jesus=God) is something that is, at best, inconclusive when it comes to the what the Bible says? I think when they say 'glorify' God, it means acknowledge that it's His gift, and in a Kamitian sense, universally His life force/Ra that enables you to excersise that gift. Where's the proof? There's not one biblical reference. Jesus sole purpose was to "enter the battlefield" and win the reigns of death. His focus was on God's work. They were instead written down by people who themselves probably never heard Jesus speak but got them second, maybe even third or fourth hand - written down decades after the words were initially spoken.
