no honey, i don't think you understand, i'm reeeaaaly lazy. i used to only work 3 hours a day monday through thursday last year and i nearly had a heart attack. that's just too much work. so i had to quit. lol. you're probably like "three hours a day? that ain't nothing" but if it came down to it and i had to take a job to pay for any student loans, i'd take a part time job to help my parent pay for it.

Firt of all... I've got to see this film! IMO, that extrapolation doesn't go deep enough. That's why it's confusing. It wasn't agriculture vs. industiral. It was about money. Slavery was causing economic porblems for the North, and at the same time they weren't making much money off of it. The South, on the other hand, was totally dependant. For them, it was like choosing between being a multi-millionaire and being homeless. There really was no middle ground. It was about money. Great book!
