That's interesting because I was watching an old episode of Dave Chapelle the other night, and his musical guest was "Big Boi," one of the group members of the popular rap group, Outkast. He was wearing an outfit that was very similiar to the White dude's outfit that I described earlier in the discussion. But instead, the artist Big Boi wore a black velvet blazer with padded elbows, crisp white shirt, relaxed jeans, etc. Is Big Boi "gay?" I also spotted Will Smith wearing a velvet blazer...

Based upon the onus you place on their backs, why do you call them "victims"? Please explain. A woman has been repeatedly abused by her husband over the years. She walks into the police station, finally, seeking protection and relief. CF looks at her and says, "What are you prepared to do to change to help your situation?" First of all - she has taken the first step and is at the damned police station. Second of all, that she has survived as long as she has is a testament to her personal...

Unfortunately this was the next logical step. First the FBI compiled a "test database" of people's driver's license's in South Carolina and Florida back around 1999. Now all states require, at least the ones I've lived in TX and NY, your fingerprint. And if you are in the military, they also require your fingerprint to get your military ID. South Carolina legally defines lynching as a mob attack against an individual where the victim survives.---article What does the law call act when the victim is killed? I would argue that the reason for the law's color-blindness is intentional. It now allows Black folk to be convicted of lynching, rather than say assault. Doing this denigrates the significance of Hate crime and Race legislation.---K4R Now that's an interesting observation. What they call it when a non-European commits the...
