I only have one problem with this. By my understanding, racism is simply a specific form of prejudice. At its core, its no different than classism or sexism. The question is "What is the bias?" not "Is there a bias?" For a person to say they are not racist, they are saying that they are not prejudice, that they do not pre-judge. Great post Noah! We don't allow ourselves to see other black people as being "black like us" and vice versa. Often times the majority of our people are suffering from the sames types of issues and don't even know it because there is a certain amount of disconnect. Some of the disconnect is external and some is internal. If we overcome the internal disconnect, we can definitely overcome the external disconnects.

I think that therein lies the disconnect. I don't believe that we were ever intended to grasp an understanding of who, what, and how God is. I think it's quite a bit beyond our personal perspective. For example, think about someone close to you, perhaps a member of your family. Someone that you know better than anyone else you know. Now ask yourself how much you don't know about them. I like to be early but I understand some of my folks are late arrivals. In business, I am usually early because I work in the "white" world. But in my Black community things usually run late. Even on Sunday, the pastor is late coming in the church that means the service will be running as late as he is. There are moments that I hate CP time because I function daily in the white world that requires you to be on time and then I have to flip-the-script when dealing with my folks and allow lateness.

My whole point is we should at least allow ourselves the options of building a nation for ourselves, some may want to do it here on North American Soil, others may want to repatriate, I support the choices of both.
