Plan sound good but bill gates know that only 54% of American college students graduate with bachelor degree with blacks falling below that number by 15% to 20% less. On top of that American college students are not finishing 4 year degrees in 4 years but 5 years. He wouldnt entertain the idea but he would entertain American children of "what's best for you talk."

Correction: Bill Gates does have a University -- Microsoft. You just have to have a top 5% IQ, Engineering Background, and must already have worked for Microsoft to apply. Competition at it's best. I'm sure the Gates Foundation already donates plenty of millions to various college Endowments. But notice, the INCREASE in the number of accepted "elligible" college freshment doesn't correlate *directly with the GROWTH in endowments to the major colleges/universities. Well, us white people arnt going to do anything about the immigration issue. In the white community to be anti (illegal) immigrant is to be racist. If black people came out aginst the issue there might be some traction on a tough immigration bill. I mean could you imagine the outrage that would come with 500,000 white people protesting immigration??

I suspect that most of these kids (many of whome are US citizens) really do know what they are protesting about. The meat of this bill was gutted just before it passed. Now - the time that a non-custodial parent spends with a child will not be considered in this calculation. Moreover, a non-custodial parent will have to wait until a "material change" occurs in their financial situation before being able to appeal their support amount.

I guess being in jail for undocumented illegal immigrants is full participation in our society. After all ask "our" people in jail that question. Dont worry the US army has free labor camps to answer that need of labor shortage. Obama is adding nothing to this problem except crafted words. It needs the full approval of the House and Senate and they are dead in the water for now over this whole issue.
