That's interesting because I was watching an old episode of Dave Chapelle the other night, and his musical guest was "Big Boi," one of the group members of the popular rap group, Outkast. MBM, You did use the redneck stereotype, and more power to you. Judging by the posts defending this 'ilk,' some of us must not have too much contact with these crackers on a daily basis. I'm all for defending the working poor reguardless of race, but these rednecks have NO LOVE for us(they could care less about class struggle). Yes I saw this a few years ago at the cinema. THAT HAIRCUT and the impish face was voted as one of the top 10 most favourite films in Australia. I usually like French films because they don't stick to the usual 3-act structure... they always suprise. You might also like the French trilogy Three Colours... I hadn't heard of this film before so I went and hired it DVD. Here are my thoughts on the story telling and its impact. I found it a very compelling and well-crafted film and insight into the living, breathing hell of human captives and their being seen in terms of 'cargo' with disputed 'ownership'.
