Most jobs still require a 4 year degree. Not like it would do anything. Not like the gov't can tell companies requiring a fucking 4 year degree and job experience to sweep floors or run a cash register is idiotic. And free 2 years of community college already have that anyway, it's called the Pell Grant. You get that and it covers for community college, it's just your degree would be worthless and 4 year schools would only take your general education requirements. For this to work, 2 year...

A better idea would to make HBCUs tuition free, we are the people that need jobs anyway and only way to get that is to waste your life away in an institution that only gives you debt and hope. At least we'll get rid the debt part and HBCUs could be saved. I like that too but you are wrong about most jobs require a 4 year degree. If you simply get certified in Microsoft or various database utilities, there is a long list of certifications that can get you in the door. How about certified in...

I think it's a very good idea. I really think that education through a 4-year degree should be free in a country with as much money as America, but we know that is no where near about to happen not a minute before corporate America and special interest 'groups' can have all their puppet politicians turn it into a Ponzi scheme that they can fleece first.

There are always people still sitting when they play the Star Spangled Banner [or when their saying the Pledge of Allegiance, so why it it such a big problem when Black people won't stand? Racists are just using any Black person's refusal to stand [in protest] or just plain desire to remain seated [like all the other people that just remain seated], as an excuse to hate and villify Black people.
