I think this is the school a kid in my fam went to. If I'm not mistaken, the principal tries to make sure teacher with children have their kids in the school. I had to vote yes, but I know it's not as simple as that. Rather than assigning blame, parents need to consider who is actually in a position to solve the problem. Parents can point fingers at anyone for there children's ills, and frequently do.
