One thing that is lost in the shuffle w/ the BET sell to Viacom is the fact that Johnson is still a major player at BET/Viacom.. He sold the company for 3 Billion in Viacom stock. Making him the second largest stock holder, behind Sumner Redstone,Viacom's Chairman and CEO and one of the wealthiest men in the world. I can't believe I am going to use Spiderman, but with power comes responisibility, whether the holder of power lives up to the responsibility or not, they are still responsible. Rights are a form of power. Government is a foreign entity, it is an artificial construct meant only to control, its' capacity for abuse is infinite and horrific, the smaller the better. It has shown itself to use and abuse every power given to it, and will obtain whatever power it can should it be given any lease.

it is a bit of a trust thing. you as a buyer are rated by people you've purchased from so that sellers know if you're legit or not...and sellers are rated by buyers, by ebay and by paypal--the money middle man. some sellers accept checks, cash, credit cards, money orders and paypal(ebay's holder of your cc and of the sellers account to deposit your money into)--and some sellers accept pay pal or money orders only. my camera was purchased on pure faith -- and for a first timer--i was nervous.
