And Randall Robinson had a third party source that heard Condi Rice say that if Jamaica doesn't kick Aristide out the US will use "any means necessary to punish Jamaica". I love those third party sources. When I hear Bush refuse to renew the Act, especially section 4 I will join with you, taking the front line in the protest. This has been true for civil rights even in the Clinton Administration. Bush II had taken it to a new level. Funding in the DOJ for civil rights has been diminishing for at least a decade.
