That is why the world looks so strange now. Kids are programmable and they have been bombarded with MTV for 20 years now. Things began looking weird in the 80s and have just gotten worse. I have to wonder how futuristic stuff from the 60s was really how futuristic. Looking back the wrong turn started in the 70s and maybe just began becoming obvious in the 70s from a retrospective point of view. So maybe we need for kids to read stuff that was outside the mainstream even before 1977. It looks...

What is a hearing to do? OK are they going to repeal the law? If they don't, will the law be applied fairly or as a tool to incarcerate more African-Americans unjustly? That is the problem with most laws, they are applied unevenly and unjustly to the detriment of African-Americans.

Working at a car was is nobody's dream job, I know, but for a man to work at a car wash for ten years, that alone proves he is not lazy because that's hard work. It also shows character , that if that's the best job he can get, he made a conscious decision to work that job rather than sit at home on the couch or go out to...

If we had a democracy and a strong press , this wouldn’t happen. However, this is how the business-land system we live in is gamed. You can't legislate love and care into moneyism or capitalism but that is where it needs to go. In the latest version of the poverty game, with the middle class boiling off, you’re either broke or semi-broke or you’re making it. The question that comes up is how do you fight back so you don’t end up on your back. Need to do something -vs- dong nothing. People...

Unfortunately the only way to fight back is to Vote. This is going to continue until Americans stand up and take their country back from the clutches of corporate greed and their political puppet politicians. Republicans are not going to stop until they turn this country into a bleak Dicken's novel, where the 98% are the peasants at each other's throats for any crumb the 1% has even a whim to throw at them.

It seems to me, that Paris, Tx. is a hotbed for authoritative injustices against blacks from a long while back now. They've got a history of it and not just from school officials, but from police along with several local political officials. If I'm not mistaken, this is the very municipality that there was a documentary already released--covering the long history of trumped up charges, entrapment and an overall culture of (almost) overt master and slave treatment against local blacks.
