Order and control will always exist and always be "oppressive" It just a matter of whose order and control. People that have these pipe dreams of freedom and being able to do whatever you want and all this Utopian crap kill me. There is a difference between "Totalitarian" state and Socialism. Stop and Frisk did not deter any crime, New York just controlled what and how much crime would be reported by the media.
