Of course I expect MBM to follow up with a reply to the effect that "I am right" that Black people are savages or thugs or something foolish such as this. To the people of Washington DC who have defended Marion Barry, seeing him as a victim of a conspiracy by Whites who don't want him in power, working on behalf of the poor in DC this must be tantamount to Rosa Parks getting robbed in her home despite asking the thug "Do you know who I am" and he not caring . So...will things change as a result of your strategy....which is: 1) Blame everything on black liberals 2) Ignore incidents of police brutality and racism against blacks 3) Lobbying to increase the number of blacks who don't vote democratic. 4) Ignoring that the present is the summation and creation of the past. 5) being an UNCLE TOM or a white man pretending to be black how does that strategy HELP?

I think everyone should be able to BE who they are - unless their behaviour is unacceptable to any part of society. As for the big guy running around the block an extra time, or going out of his way.... for myself, as a white woman, if a big guy (of any race) was getting in an elevator with me alone late at night, then just a smile from anyone would make me feel at ease if I felt uneasy. But I would only feel uneasy if I picked up that vibe. I don't expect special treatment. I don't believe...

I would conclude that many young black women make very poor dating choices early in their dating lives. It seems, like Dr Audrey Chapman*******[link below with highlighted quote] has concluded, that many black women are looking to be a savior in their quest to attempt to try to change a bad boy into a good man..as oppose to starting out with a good man and building from there. She [Dr. Chapman]feels that black women would like to feel that their love can change people...only later to...

I think we need more college campus progressive groups. As active as the College Republicans are these days, we REALLY need more Progressives to step up to the bat and counter-act this current retro-gressive revolution in America. We need PROGRESSIVES, since the Dems are too weak to step up to the bat (and half of the time, they are in cahoots with the Republicans' racist and elitist agenda). We especially need progressive groups on campuses for Minority students. As a current college...

I thought this movie was beyond silly... and I'm sorry, but I don't see the 'emasculated black man' thing. I understand the concept but I'm not sure I buy into it. We have to deal with far more overt manifestations of racism than those found in a movie. It's just a movie, folks.... Be that as it may, on with my review: The actors were fine -- I'm a fan of both Naomi Watts and Jack Black. But the film was wayyy over the top. The scene with the giant insects was totally unnecessary; the scenes...

Question: Is depreciation based on "market value at the time" because if so it could be like an old mint baseball card that increases even thought "naturally" it is decressing. If they stop making computers for a year and you got the latest line before the stoppage and you wish to resell it on the market wouldn't you get an appreciation on it even though its "naturally" depreciating.

It could be a hippy commune. It could be a multi-billion dollar corporation. In some ways you could compare it to a water tank. Water flowing in is income. Water flowing out is expenses. Not public education, quality education through the siphoning off of funds by private schools. Of course it is the logical chain of events. The issue includes transferring money from public, non-profit entities to private, for-profit entities. Private entities compete with other private entities and their incentive to be the best is profit . To that end they are empowered to make student admission decisions that public schools cannot make.
