The Confederate Flag is a symbol of the Slave-Holding South. Mississippi and South Carolina need the flags flying to remind of the days they could brutalize Africans with no repercussions. Just beat the shit out of folks to have them do ANYTHING you wanted them to do. All the White men had to do was count their money and Miss Ann could sit on the swing on the veranda of the plantation have her favorite beverage and not worry about a thing except get an occasional case of the Vapors;...

Re-introduction? The re-introduction of CNN once again, back to White America. Regarding diversity, CNN can say they have diversity because if you look at that 12 person line-up above, you have 3 minorities in that grouping: Sanjay Gupta, Christine Amanpour and Fareed Zakaria....who aren't White but Indian Muslim Americans that satisfies their affirmative action/diversity quota and since they aren't Black, White viewers are not going to complain because all 3 have been solid regulars on...

I see it as America was about to drift back into where it was trying to be headed in the 70's, a society of acceptance, and about that time, President Obama was elected, so America's racist have been hard at work behind the scenes as well as out front doing what they do best to undue any social progress that was being made, just as they did in the 70s, 60s, after Emancipation and during Jim Crow. But, actually, if China, having the upper-hand economically, do right by Africa, not have or tolerate racism/racial condescendence, and unfair practices, the relationship has the potential to make China and Africa the most powerful nation/continent on earth.
