Perhaps this is true in general, but in my life, what I have witnessed is capable legal citizens (mostly Black) being denied jobs they were more than qualified for in favor of giving them to illegals. Granted, these jobs were low skilled services or trades, but they were ways for legal Black citizens to make money and feed and clothe their families. In fact, it once happened to me. I think you are grossly misled on this issue. Forged Documents are a part of Illegal Human Smuggling.
