This felony voter disenfranchisement issue has been on the table for a while and honestly in the past got little attention. People who have been convicted of a non-felony crime should not believe that they don't have the right to vote. In Houston for at least the 5 years (probably more), there has been a low-key campaign to advise non felon ex-convicts in the black community that they do indeed have the right to vote. I believe that this would indeed change the balance of power at state and...

I voted against Bush twice and for Obama once. It is getting to the point that I don't give a damn. Spending time paying attention to politics mostly just annoys me since both sides just talk stupid crap. Xum

Many of the states that have these laws against "felons" voting, it is often only while they are serving time or are on probation or parole . Many people with felony convictions do not know that once they are no longer incarcerated and no long on probation or parole, they can vote just like anyone else. I will give you that, if you violate the law, you give up most privileges, including the right to vote, but once you have paid your debt to society your privileges should be reinstated, and...

It seems to me that Africans in America are totally surrounded and entrenched in European INSANITY and always have been!!!! There is something WRONG with these people that has never been discussed. The longer we live here, the danger is indescribable. They've shown us and are showing us and we don't take heed. We need to exit this place collectively. God help us all!!!!!!!!

Totally unacceptable behavior & the people responsible for this Facebook post should be held accountable to the full extent of the law. For sure, if they were black, they would've been arrested the first day the post was displayed.

Citizen passivity is now demanded up front by the bestial Rulers. I recall Bush, Jr. complaining about activists (active citizens). That was a forewarning. Police behavior is <½ dictated by law and >½ by the political climate. As the American Plutocracy takes off their velvet gloves, the police iron hand is even easier to see and feel. That starts with us and heads over to YT’s place. Expect little compassion from the rulers’ heartless glare. Best way to avoid resisting arrest is to...

Bill Bratton is truly evil. No. The gang in blue has enough power. They cannot be allowed to sprinkle trumped up felony charges among the population on a whim. It is extremely easy for them to charge the average citizen with resisting arrest even when they're not under arrest.

It's just a sham to set-up Black people [and Brown people ] that don't have criminal records, to get trapped in America's (IN)Justice INDUSTRY , and also be set-up [ "PRE-CRIMES" ] to be d iscriminated out of jobs, housing, and financial aid for higher learning .

Ya know, the Dog Pound and the Human (Negro) Zoo are no different. The Dog Catcher runs after and catches dogs and thrown them in trucks to send them to cages and possibly, most likely, their deaths. The "Police" men run after and catch predominately Black men and throws them (if he doesn't put a bullet in their ass first), in trucks to send them to cages, "human" courts, back to cages; some in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT, for ALL amounts of time, imaginable; some for months, some for years, some...

We may not be ready but . . . put your ear to the ground. They’re coming. The street is the go-to war-ground for cops blasting their sirens and hungry for action from sitting ducks. Take that away! I tell young men – radically forget about “the street”!! It makes you a giveaway target. Who can change the stage? Be invisible! Set up business indoors! Hang out inside! I am so sick of them picking and choosing what humans can boycott. All one has to do is read up on the story about Israel and Palestine to know who's side white America is on. Israel has this dark secret of prostitution and sex slavery but no one is talking about that. What?!!! What part of South Carolina do your relative live in? I'm sure your relatives were joking with you. No Black people, that I know of, are going around 'not looking White people in the eye'. But, there are still a lot of primitive racists in South Carolina, especially in the smaller towns, but also especially in Charleston . So, there certainly are a lost of racist troglodytes that want Black people to be 'afraid to look them in the eye' or something, but that crap ain't happening . .

I lived in Charleston for a while years ago, and I can say that I encountered more racist White people than I've seen in my whole life in Charleston. It was the first time in my life that I had seen so many poor White people. Also, from what I gathered while working a second part-time job clerk/cashier/sales, I got the impression that the Black people didn't even know when the White people were being racist with them. I felt like I was in a freaking time warp or something down there. I...
