If you can get your hands on it, I highly recommend the movie "Quilmbo" which is the story of Palmares. I've watched several times with my children. Highly recommend. I also recommend "Besouro", U.S. title "The Assailant" (dumb title IMO) it is on Netflix streaming right now. Again my children watched. They love it. Black Brazilian films are the best in the Americas.

You know .... as far back as I can remember - and that's getting to be a long time now! - it has always been one of the great mysteries of life to me how .... on ALL of the hieroglyphics found written in ancient Egyptian tombs the people are ALWAYS depicted as brown/black skinned ... purposely painted that way to reflect themselves!!! Yet White people, when it comes to films or documentaries or recreations of that time in history, ALWAYS show the people of that time and region as...

Calling out the 42 Laws Of Ma'at is a two-step process: 1. In the AM one makes the declaration "...I will not..." 2. In the PM one makes the self-evaluation "...I have not..."

Thanks for the detail. And to think, that there are really, over 400; so doing this twice a day would keep anyone from doing wrong [they wouldn't have time to] . [ Stealing the Legacy of Africa/the Black Race, has robbed us of so much wisdom, truth and knowledge; and not only the Black Race, but also the world, the entire human race ]

thanks for posting...i'd heard bit and pieces of Maat, but never in one place. As for religion, I think the issue I have is that, in America and probably Europe, it is just too white washed. The original people were Black people and that fact alone kills most of the current 'history' of modern religions. I personally laugh at Black churches that have white Jesus in their worship houses

Considering that All religions are no more that plagerisms of ancient Kemetic religious philosophy, Black churches, ministers and congregations should be ashamed that they don't know that. Black people should be embarrassed to be following corrupted, exploited, revised and White-washed "versions" their own ancestors' religion and religious philosophy. If it had not been for Black people, there would be no "Christianity", no Islam, and no Judaism, and no Buddhism, etc., etc. The concept of...

Saw that. But really blew me away is this WHITE guy playing Michael Jackson when Michael is heard SAYING he doesn't want a white MAN playing him cuz he's black and PROUD of his black heritage. But you know when massa spends his white dollars he does what he wants....even if it's disrespects the person and person's culture. But massa has a history of playing other cultures...especially ours. How many movies have we seen where massa or his whore is playing a pharaoh or Cleoparta? Then you have...

I just love THIS quote. The entire image should be a T-shirt. Since you know black folks like to wear T-shirts in the summer. This is GOOD advertisement for WHO WE REALLY ARE. But!

It's their movies, their make-believe, their "let's pretend". They can paint themselves any color they so choose, play the parts of anyone they wish to be. Bottom line when they get back to their natural selves, they're still pasty, long haired people that look nothing like they do with any kinds of makeup no matter what color they pretend to be. We don't have to aggravate ourselves by going to any of their movies. I always wanted to know who taught Fred Astaire to dance the way he did. He...

Rediscover Ancient Egypt with Tehuti Research Foundation Last Updated: 13-Sep-2004 Egyptians: The Most Religious Cosmic Consciousness The Greek historian Herodotus (500 BCE) stated: Of all the nations of the world, the Egyptians are the happiest, healthiest and most religious. The excellent condition of the Egyptians was attributed to their application of metaphysical realities in their daily life— in other words— total cosmic consciousness.
