The racist corporate establishment knows this, which is why they told their political servants to stop creating policy that invests in rank and file Americans. They want a permanent working poor class and a permanent criminal class too so they may profit from despair while white people are lifted and given more opportunities through white privilege.

Now this is a prime example of why there has to be UNIFICATION . She probably really believes she did all she could, but she was only one person. With UNIFICATION of a family, and/or group and/or community, when it's obvious that what she is/was doing is not working, there is someone else to step in with ideas, influence, time, wisdom. advice, or some de facto "scared straight" psychology or realism where deviant/troubled young males/ youth are concerned.
