What you see befoe your eyes, can not be extrapolated out and made to apply to society at large. Teen pregnancy is at the lowest rate it has ever been since they started tracking it in the mid 70's. There are still a lot of young folk having babies but it is nothing like it was in the 80's or early 90's.

The mp3 file is 56 Meg. I probably should have made a smaller one by using less than 128 Kbps but it was the first time I used this software and I don't know what the bit rate is in avi files. I tried some software that claimed to strip the sound out of avi's but I couldn't get it to work. I used the crude brute force technique. I played the video with media player and looped the sound back into the sound card and recorded it to the hard drive as an mp3. So now I should be able to record...

ok a lot of illegal immigrants come from a poor country (Mexico) come do jobs low skilled and skilled cheaper than market rate. At the same time African Americans are increasingly out of work.But the African Americans suppose to reach out and not only help the illegal immigrants here, but open the door for more to come. Very true. Democrats often get blamed for programs that Republicans put in place. Government moves slowly. Often times, the results of Republican policies don't manifest fully until power has changed hands. It often takes a Democrat to come in and try to clean up the mess after the Republicans have spent far too much time screwing it up. I actually feel sorry for the Democrat who has to clean up Bush's misdirected "War on Terror".

Ebony: I was under the impression that almost all of the HBCU's were State Supported, and in a 10% System, considering drop-outs, etc., thats where most of the Graduates from mostly Black High Schools would end up. You missed the point. CF praises Asians because they have few expectations of America. In his mind they are "model minorities" because they are quiet and unobtrusive.
