From the FIRST time I ever HEARD about this school .... it just fills me with joy and pride and I am sooooooooo, soooooooo happy for ALL these young men!! The first news story I saw on it was when they had FIRST opened up .... and it was all pretty much a big "experiment" .... BUT ... I just KNEW that it would succeed!! What I find peculiar about our so called educational system is that I have never seen it delineated at what age or grade children are supposed to comprehend certain ideas. When is a child supposed to comprehend the concept of the solar system with planets in orbits and such? When should they know what a molecule is or electricity? But it is fine if they can cram to pass a test and forget it all 6 months later. They passed the test. That is all that matters. It is like you have to pay to be...

In today's world...YES!!!!! Absolutely. It should be age generated...like students between the ages of 18 and 30. Otherwise, students will spend wasted years in college and have learned nothing. This way the brain is clear and can absorb the knowledge. Cuz when you're young? Your brain is nothing but a sponge. But!

I say no because everyone makes mistakes and stupid decisions when they are young and immature that should not be allowed to ruin their entire life, and that should not bar them from getting an education. Also, "laws" and "policies" and "rules" like this are no more than part of the Arsenal being used in the WAR ON BLACK PEOPLE IN AMERICA , because who exactly is the 'kid' most likely to be stopped by police, frisked by police, have their car searched by police, put under surveillance by...

I would not recommend it but people should not be punished for smoking pot and especially when pot laws are disproportionately used against Blacks to meet the profit greed of the criminal justice system. Pot should be decriminalized or legal for recreational use.

The only reason the laws are changing because young white people are catching criminal records. In the Boston area where many white college students attend elite universities the laws are being aggressively changed, decriminalizing pot. I saw a show sometime ago about the Boston area, the cops know who the white drug dealers are but don't touch them simply because they are white, yet where Blacks are current pot laws are strictly enforced. The show I saw showed several white college students...

If more of us did see the elaborate b.s. scheme for what it was, it wouldn't be a long jump to seeing how " laws" and "policies" have been meticulously designed to be used as just another weapon in the arsenal of weapons used in the War Black people in America ; more specifically, to make unemployable , as many young Black males and to...

At least we'll get rid the debt part and HBCUs could be saved. I like that too but you are wrong about most jobs require a 4 year degree. I think it's a very good idea. I really think that education through a 4-year degree should be free in a country with as much money as America, but we know that is no where near about to happen not a minute before corporate America and special interest 'groups' can have all their puppet politicians turn it into a Ponzi scheme that they can fleece first.
