Re: ‘I Had Ethiopia Stolen from Me’—Adoptions of African Children Are Often a Cruel Money-Making Scam

Unfortunately there are soooooo many unsung stories like this. And there are happening right here in the United States of America. That's why I believe if you just listen to an African person....you'd be surprised how they ended up here. But massa is great with dividing and conquering our socialization with our own people. A lot of us won't even bother cuz we have been trained to see them as our enemy-our own people! So yeah...this type of "study program" deemed student exchange opportunity...

White folks are NOT the strongest one-on-one. That's why they have to have guns. Otherwise THEY'D GET THEIR ASSES BEAT big time. Africans appear as some kind of human work horses to "white" folks. That's why we're in the situation we're in everywhere. Most of us are built and are strong; not all; most!!! Africa should FORBID anyone taking any of their people anywhere including the Hoko (whaeva) folks, Arabs, ANYONE. Leave Africa's people alone. ALL OF THEM. Do your own damn work. Don't you...

Wait, wait, wait, there are cultures on the continent that need to be taken to the village and taught. Start with Hoko Haram and that place in the Congo where folks thought they'd use a brother as a tasty snack. After the continent's healed, then worry about "other" cultures. The whole African continent needs to be lifted, reconnected with true nature, be reminded who they are until they can remember "I AM GOOD."

While in simple form the article was amazing, I felt compelled to learn it’s root and discover more… The Babemba or Bemba people make their home...

peaceful-moon : laughing-trees : In this African tribe, when someone does something harmful, they take the person to the center of the village where the whole tribe comes and surrounds them. For two days, they will say to the man all the good things that he has done. The tribe believes that each human being comes into the world as a good. Each one of us only desiring safety, love, peace and happiness. But sometimes, in the pursuit of these things, people make mistakes. The community sees...

‘I Had Ethiopia Stolen from Me’— Adoptions of African Children Are Often a Cruel Money-Making Scam November 5, 2014 | Posted by Christina Montford Adoption agencies paint international adoptions through rose-colored glasses: A child from an impoverished home in a Third World country gets the opportunity to become a part of a more well-off family and all is well. At least that’s what’s on the brochure. For Tarikuwa Lemma, like so many other African children, the story is drastically...

If Endurance, Survival Are the Measures, Black People Are the REAL Superheroes By ABS Staff - December 11, 2016 0 620 Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter (Pug50/Flickr) When I was a girl back in the ’60s, I was fixated on clothes, boys, soul music and superheroes. I had misplaced anger, too. I was actually angry at my own Black people. I thought we should have already overcome. I grew tired as a teenager in Mississippi of having to address (and live) racism. My young mind wondered why Batman...

Evidently, someone [Trump administration] is sitting somewhere combing through every possiblity of financial and/or economic compensation, benefit or relief that could possibly be due or any help to anyone Black, and are unnecessarily going waaaaaay beyond the duties of a president and/or a president's administration, to obstruct the hell out of it. Since this is a matter in which every aspect of is heard and/or settled by the Courts without there being any need for an American president or...

All 43 million of us needs to sue the damn country for 500 (give or take a few) years of terrorism. Racial, Murder, Rape, Hangings, Hatred, Shootings, Killings, Emmett Till and every other black fella murdered by them from the beginning of time here right up until this minute, incarcerations, executions, etc., etc. We should sue them for trillions and then some. We just like to keep trying to look like these dog people (hair of the dog/skin-color of the pig and some white rabbits) while they...

I absolutely agree! As why I keep saying beware of the propaganda and rhetoric being spewed. It is designed to bring fear in our communities...just like Hilter did to the Jews. Same tacitcs. Despite what Trump says? He is NOT smart. What he is? Is greedy and self-serving. He doesn't give a damn about America or the people in it. Whomever they are. And that's the bottom line. We see through HIM. And we have survival of the fittest in our legacy of being not only being strong people but...

Most of the other non-White minorities in America haven't suffered hardly a damn thing [by comparison] because of the sacrifices African Americans made in this country. Because of the blood, sweat, tears and life that African Americans sacrificed on the Front Lines of the Civil Rights Movement and the Black Revolution in this country, their experience in America has been easy as hell. Most of America's other non-White minorities were not even in the country until after the blood, sweat,...

That's exactly right my sista! These nonwhites benefitted dearly and beyond on the blood, sweat and death of black people of the civil rights movement. And they appeared to be unmoved and unaffected by what is currently going on. But it pertains to them too. And they are hesitant to respond because they are shaking in their boots afraid that Trump will turn his full attention to the entire Immigration Department [cuz many have families here illegally not just HIspanics]. To me it's a form of...
