Having all this so-called documentation i.e. bible is what has gotten blackfolks in trouble with themselves. Because in their minds they think that since it's in the bible that are ordained slaves.... it must be true without giving ANY consideration that massa had control over the printing of the sacred bible and have the POWER to put whatever the HELL he wanted in there. Slavery is in the history of other cultures as well...we are JUST the latest slaves i.e. captured against our will human beings in the last few thousands years. And two: slavery is the STATE of mind and will continue to be the state of behavior as long as we believe subconssciously we were NOTHING else. So I think this picture is very poignant and...

This very thang happened to Cali years ago, when the real estate was dirt cheap in and around Hollywood, Culver City and a couple of others places in the Los Angeles County area alone. Property once priced at $40,000 skyrocketed to $100,000 in one year and by the time the eighties and ninities got here, rent went from $150 to $1100 easy a month in those forementioned areas. I see it as two-fold, on one hand you have thousands of African Americans abandon Detroit, draining it of tax revenues in the first place, then you have White people taking advantage of the big void left by African American Flight. It's just a shame that it is the White Americans that are doing what African American should be doing in Detroit, and that is taking advantage of the dirt-cheap real estate prices. African Americans with money should be doing what these White people are doing,...

Yeah, without industry/jobs for people to make a living in the city of Detroit, I can see how it may still not matter to an average 'Joe', but I still think people with money should be buying up blocks of this city and sit on it until the economy changes and/or Detroit has been able to bring in industry and jobs. Greed is BIG everywhere across the planet especially where cultural values keep collapsing. We see young people today who are increasingly disrespectful and violent due to this. If we can’t hit the deep spiritual foundation and fight from there, greedy idiot rulers will keep on winning. We need some form of cooperation. Drug gangs should diversify their funds and invest in legit businesses. Ordinary folks need to work together to create some businesses. Greed is the killer.

Detroit is an excellent opportunity for those who have cash laying around. Buying Detroit and turning it into a center of business that is looking towards the future is imperative to the revival of Detroit. Essentially, out with the old, in with the new. The state has said the delivery is too expensive, unnecessary, and counterproductive because it would decrease use of filtered tap water, which helps to cleanse the piping system. State officials said in a recent court filing that the order should be revoked because lead levels in the tap water in Flint now meets or exceeds federal safety guidelines. At the same time, state officials continue to tell Flint residents not to drink the tap water without a filter. This would never happen if most...

No water filter can filter out lead. None claim to do that on their label. Some filters use a resin to catch lead but the resin declines with use after not too long and lead can get through – especially where there’s too much of it in the water. No doubt of this! That’s why the best a filter can do is claim limited lea d reduction . I t’s limited. What works is either reverse osmosis or a water distiller. That kind of unit will provide safe drinking water. The best water filters do not...
