I don't think it's a free speech violation. The material is still accessable to anyone who wants it, even children unless appropriate parental controls are used.

I myself have stumbled onto porn sites by accident, which can be a little problematic when I'm at work. Big Grin

What we have to watch for, IMO, is misuse/abuse of this by the government. Putting all the eggs in one basket will make it easier to track the pornographic internet activities of large numbers of people, and they can do it under the guise of looking for "deviants". Like I said, I don't think it's a free speech issue, but it could easily turn into one. It could also quickly turn into a privacy issue.
