Hey. I think that the technology issue was covered in another posting about Libya. Now what I want to know is what's going on in West Africa with this oil situation? There is now on shore and OFF SHORE drilling, like in the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf coast that is projected for The Gulf of Guinea. Not too much commentary on this is recent years.
